We want every author to be confident working with Pages N Prestige. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are handled. It forms part of our Terms & Policy.
Initial consultations are free and carry no obligation. No payment is taken to receive a quote.
Most projects begin with a deposit and proceed in milestones (for example: planning, drafting/design, revisions, and delivery). Because our specialists reserve time and begin work immediately, deposits cover work already scheduled and performed.
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please use the included revision rounds first. Most concerns are resolved through revisions. We will always work with you in good faith to make a deliverable right.
Email info@pagesnprestige.com with your name, project, and reason. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve eligible requests within 14 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we will work to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution. For disputed charges we will provide our payment processor with the order details, communications, and proof of work delivered. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may be contested and any resulting fees recovered as permitted by law.
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. The policy in effect when you purchased applies to that purchase.
