Because of this personalized approach, work begins shortly after order confirmation and resources are allocated specifically to your project.
- Payment Terms
- All services require payment as per the agreed pricing structure (full or milestone-based).
- Work will commence only after the initial payment has been received.
- Remaining balances must be cleared before final delivery or transfer of ownership, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are limited and handled under specific conditions:
Before Work Has Started
- A full refund may be considered if no work has been initiated.
After Work Has Started
- Refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced.
- Partial refunds may be considered based on:

Completed Work
