We believe that authors should retain their copyrights in their works, which is why, as between Pages N Prestige and you, you retain all of your ownership rights in and to your books. Please review the following Service Terms and Conditions (“Service Terms“) carefully before using our Services (as defined below) so that you are aware of your legal rights and obligations with respect to Nomadic Authors LLC, doing business as “Pages N Prestige” (“Pages N Prestige”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
Please note that these Service Terms serve as a binding contract between you and Pages N Prestige. By using our Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are entering a legal agreement with us and have understood and agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, these Service Terms, together with the Privacy Policy (the “Terms”). If you sign up to the Writing Coach or Ghostwriting services now or in the future, you will also be bound by the Writing Services , as may be amended from time to time. You hereby waive any applicable rights to require an original (non-electronic) signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, to the extent not prohibited under applicable law. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not use our Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you provide to us.

Pages N Prestige retains the right to use non-confidential portions of completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes, unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing.
- Payments & Refund Policy

Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our services:
- Refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced
- Partial refunds may be considered based on the stage of the project

- Platform policy changes
- Account suspensions or rejections
- Technical issues outside our control
Clients are responsible for complying with third-party platform requirements.
